wheatgrass?

Hi, I've heard wheatgrass can be a good supplement to IVF treatment. Does anyone know anything about this, how much to take (I want to take capsules as it's easier), when etc.? Thanks a lot, Cathy

Hi Cathy

I had acupuncture prior (and during) my treatment and my acupuncturist advised me to take wheatgrass supplements. I just took one a day. However, I stopped as soon as I started the actual treatment process on the advice of my clinic.

Wishing you lots of luck.

Thanks, Jodie. Do you think it helped? Did you stop once you started the down regulating or the stims?

Best wishes, Cathy

Morning Cathy

I stopped when DRing.

I don't know if it helped. I did get a BFP even though my cycle wasn't great and I only produced 2 eggs, so who knows! If your clinic says its ok, then maybe worth a shot!?

Thanks, Jodie. I'm going to give it a go. That sounds encouraging anyway! It's good to hear success stories. Best wishes, Cathy
