Blastocyst

Kara that sounds good. i didnt realise you have to pay extra to take them to blast. I know at my prvate clinic she said they were trying to move onto freezing at blast stage so you didnt end up with too many frozen and only the best ones. But dont know if they mean all embies will be taken to blast or just the remaining ones to freeze?? Must ask

Lap?

I know Polly Pocket They just see pound signs and think another couple for IVF. I can sort of see from a treatment perspective that it may not make a difference, but for trying naturally there are things you could do to help if you knew what you were up against. Sorry Fairy, didnt mean to hijack your post

Lap?

Hi I agree wait and see what cons says. I had similar dilemma as we are technically unexplained aswell, although i diasgree. I had HSG and tubed were clear and plenty of scans. When i asked cons whether i needed lap he said there was no need, as the treatment woulld not differ whatever they found, ie pcos or endo. Does that make sense. Hope you find your answers xx

Fragmented Embies?

Sueshe try not to worry. when we had our first FET they said our embies had some fragmentation because they had been frozen but said they were still good quality, said it is to be expected. i think its where some cells split or die but as long as there are other good cells they it isnt a problem. xx

What next??

Thansk as usual ladies. Think i will insist on lap next time, i know from a treatment perspective it wont change things but if we are to believe it can still happen naturally then if i have endo or something then it will make a huge difference to me. I had a dye test about 3 years ago which was fine but will ask them to repeat it if have lap. Is there a particular time in your cycle for a lap?? Thanks again

Hiya Guys Before reading this im not looking for anyone to tell me what to do i just wanted your insight and expereince, and certainly dont want to upset anyone. Im just coming to end of 2ww and fairly certain im getting a BFN. This is our second FET, one medicated, this one natural with clomid. Both times we have been told embies were top class. I had 20 embryos frozen and will have 10 left after this. I just cant get my head round that it may never work after all this. They still call me 'unex...
