Window replacement & pregnant worried about lead

Hi ya we had our windows replaced that did have lead in the paint whilst I was pregnant and in the house. The window fitters used a extractor thing. I asked about the risks etc and they said that they have to use this method if there is lead for the fitters (as the risk is high for them if not) and they have reglular blood tests to check their lead levels. IF they think their is lead they will not risk their health anymore than they would yours. Please do not worry xxx

bad experience with clinic - need to move frozen embryos - need some assistance

I have moved my frosties from one clinic to the other myself in a special frozen vacuum thing - it must have looked quite commical. The clinic provide and you tell the other clinic when you will arrive and then off you go. there are companies that offer this service and i would find the clinic you will move them to and ask them to help you (which I'm sure they will as obviously you aren't going to get much help from...

Thanks ros. Think it's just going to hurt - it means sleeping on my side hurts as I've been told to do it in my bum which Dh has to do which I'm also not keen on (him either!) would prefer legs so wouldn't matter if it hurt after. It is definitely not as sore now so guess just used to it now. X

It certainly doesn't ct...I was read an article about infertility that was certainly thought provoking saying that you don't ever lose those feelings they just aren't so relevant as time goes by. It sort of stays with you. I think I agree although I hope I don't always live my life dwelling on it. I didn't know this existed either! I am surrounded by pregnant people at the moment...everywhere!

Gestone injections

Hi all, I've been prescribed gestone for next cycle...any thoughts? Did you bleed whilst on it (seem to with the pessaries)? Any experiences would be appreciated. I have been told I will probably have to go to the doctors to be injected- did anyone else do it themselves? It's very expensive so I don't want to do it if it's not going to be a sensible decision. Xxx
