Hi ladies, so sorry your having this trouble, this journey is hard enough as it is. i was just wondering about the waiting list?????????? i dont even know how or why you have had to wait this long, ( i dont wont this to upset you, but my gp referred us, we had the tests and so on, and was told to ring to request tx, we had been ttc for 7yrs but was never put on a waiting list. How can that be.

All new to me!

Hi Hel, the waiting time you mentioned is about right. Once you are told you can request tx, it then just depends on the day you ring and how many people they have started with that month, but for me i was accepted the first month i rung. If you are not you will start it the second month. As for S/M, i have just had my 1st ICSI there, while it didnt work out this time, i have ever faith in the team at S/M, they were all lovely. I sometimes feel that people today are quick to comment on the negat...

HOW IT FEELS - RANT CORNER

Thanks ladies, i dont know what i would do without you lot. Total strangers with big hearts, who understand, and support me more than family and friends. to you all. Might i just add, thank you all for using the word jealously, i wanst brave enough to use it, the last time i did to a friend i was told ' i cant say that, its a nasty thing to say and i should be ashamed', so thank you, as yes i do feel jealous at times. Love and good wishes to you all

Really down about having to return to work

Hi debb. i understand your fears hunny, i manage a nursery. But have a good look around, you will know the right nursery for you and your child. Pop into a nursery and ask to look around there and then so you will see how it runs normally, i never turn people away from looking around and never make them book for a visit. i always allow as many visit sessions too, just so parents and child are fully settled into the nursery befor they return to work. I know they are all different but if you have ...

HOW IT FEELS - RANT CORNER

Mt time to rant, , i'm sick of pretending i'm ok when people ask me, i'm sick of being positive because people say that the best way to be. it hurts when a freind says i think i'll have another child, and within a few months she is. when will it be my time, i've been in a good relationship for nearly 12 years, i stopped drinking and smoking ages ago, we are both fit with a nice home and good jobs, what the hell have i done to be punished like this.............. i feel like a let down, the hard w...

Hi debbing, i cant anser your question hun as i did mine at the hospital. then had the test 2 weeks later. All i can advise is if you dont hear anything back, then ring them. i waited 3 months for results to be sent to gp, they just kept telling all was ok, but my local gp wanted to now all the excat numbers, so they wrote and phoned and wrote, and in the end only got a letter that said all results came back fine. I had to re do test so think they lost results. Other than that, everything goes p...

hi clairbear, i am never late but i was when on the meds, by 5 days, think it was the stress. They like it to be as natural of cycle as it can be but if the witch dont show up in 2 weeks they will give you some meds to bring it on. Try not to worry hun. Hi Emma, glad to see your levels are coming down, you must of been to hell and back in last few days. Hi linz, are you as crazy as me.......hehehehehehe
