High White & Red cells in urine?

Hi all I have had several urine tests throughout my pregnancy and all have showed up high white and red cells. MW says nothing to worry about, but doctor is now sending me for a kidney & bladder scan as there is no water infection showing up. Has anyone experience this or any advice to give, i have to wait a few weeks for a scan I am 29 weeks today! Thanks in advance Michelle

Follie question

Hi Nicola, Great news to hear you've had ET today. I took it easy for 4 days, but after that it has been life as normal. Infact it has been pretty hectic. Do you have the pessaries too? We are just chilling tonight and we are looking forward to it. In response to your q's about returning to work. I gave up my great job last year to concentrate on this! I started my own small training business, it is slowly coming together, but i am completley destressed & fingers crossed it will have been worth ...

Follie question

Hi Nicola, Good news on the follies then. I used a hot water bottle on my tummy, not sure if it worked, but it helped with the tummy pains. ET took place yesterday. It was ok, fairly straight forward. I chilled out yesterday and today have chilled again and worked at home. I have pretty uncomfortable tummy pains, did you experience this? I am also finding it all very mentally difficult to deal with! ie that two embryos are now inside trying to snuggle in! I am sure it will get easier as the days...

Let me know how you get on tomorrow and bare in mind that MACA. There isnt much info on it, but it is worth a try. You take three a day, although DH misread it an...

Follie question

Hi ya, There was 15 eggs, which was a complete shock after last weeks slow start. Everything crossed for todays phone call. It is sending me mad thinking about DH and I getting this far and creating embryo's which we have never done before. We just weren't connecting. We are being realistic but you cant help but get a twinge of excitment!!! I was completely out of it with the sedation, but i had a really good feeling when i woke up and kept on saying 'that's amazing!' We are (hopefully) back tom...

We are back tomorrow for EC. Not sure how to feel really as this is our first time. Please let me know how you get on on Friday. Fingers crossed that it goes well for you. Take care and good luck to us both! xxx

Follie question

More positive news today. RE: Lack of drugs - Short protocol

Thanks for the swift reply! It is the secondary drug, not the menopur. I can't remember what it is called as this is my first time. Not sure what you mean by which clinic is St Mary's. It is St Mary's hospital at Manchester. Thanks - Take care

Lack of drugs - Short protocol

Hi all, Just wondering if anyone is in the same situation as me! We had our first consultation in August at St Mary's and have been accepted this month - only to be told they can't get hold of the drugs for my short protocol? It is now going to be after Christmas when we can start our first ICSI cycle. DH and I are so frustrated. Is anyone else in the same boat? Thanks Michelle

Fed up with irregular periods - is there anything I can do?

I will need to recheck mine then as I still take it. Just had my AMH bloods and awaiting info from them. I did inform the hospital that I was taking it. Must check that out - good luck

RE: Fed up with irregular periods - is there anything I can do?

I was advised to take metformin to regulate my periods. I am averaging around 40 day cycles now, but that can vary. Metformin is also used for diabetic patients. I am due to start ICSI anytime. Good luck.
