Has anyone else had early/light bleeding and been pregnant?

Hi Buzzbee, Thanks for your reply. My last surgery was in feb 2010 which was a full laparotomy, before that I had a laparoscopy in July 2009. My first 2 laparoscopies were way back in 2002. I have to say my biggest regret is not taking it more seriously then, fertility was mentioned briefly but now I wonder if I could've done anything differently in the 8 years between then and TTC. I know endo can cause spotting but I can honestly say that until September I have never experienced it, I didn't h...

Has anyone else had early/light bleeding and been pregnant?

Hi all, It's been a while but as usual I couldn't resist an online symptom search and found my post! I am again in a similar situation, I told myself I wouldn't do this a every time I post about symptoms I get AF seemingly within hours but here I am. The spotting in September turned into what I would count as a period although I wasn't sure which day to count a day one. My next period was on 25th October, no spotting but definitely lighter than usual for me. I usually assume I going to have a 28...

Has anyone else had early/light bleeding and been pregnant?

Hi buzz bee, I know exactly what you mean, it's ot until AF arrives that i really believe it's over for another month. Even though I'm not 'trying' at the moment the hope is always there. The cramps are back this morning and some spotting again. I have a feeling that I jumpedthe gun and for some reason AF is just a weirdly slow starterthis month. This would makeitanother 25 day cycle. Oh well! I forgot to say before, congratulations on you IVF success and I wish you all the luck TTC. I hope you ...

Has anyone else had early/light bleeding and been pregnant?

Thanks for your reply buzzbee, this is why I keep coming back to this board even though my visits may be sporadic, a few words of support go a long way! Implantation bleeding has crossed my mind and time wise it would fit if I ovulated day 12, however I've stopped even charting my ovulation days ages ago so I really don't know. I think even though I'm subconsciously hoping that I am, I can't seriously think that I might be pregnant because deep down I honestly think it will be false hope. I know...

Has anyone else had early/light bleeding and been pregnant?

Hi, I know I'm going to sound really desperate and silly with this question but this is always where I come with these questions because everyone seems to understand! Bit of background, DH 32 is fine, me 34 severe endo for which I've had multiple surgeries, I have a high FSH and an undetectable AMH. We've tried clomid for 3 months and have had 2 failed cycles IVF. I actually took a break for a while because I couldn't remember what normal life felt like! We have a third IVF cycle planned for Jan...

Hi All, RM was right, we all definitely timed it well for a great start to 2012!!!! I am shaking the doldrums, and having discussed with DH I have a plan. I am not going to hope but not stress, I am going to finish clomid (2 more cycles from next cycle) and then be referred for more IVF, hopefully at Bourne Hall in Colchester. I am going to be more firm with more specific questions regarding success rates with endo etc.., we will then decide how much more treatment we want. I WILL NOT worry abou...

Hi, The reason I am posting now is because I am on the night shift at work!!!! So sorry Sally, sometimes people can be so insensitive without ever realising they are doing it or how much it hurts! Good luck with the clomid 100mg. It sounds like we all had a tough time of it, I still can't seem to shake the doldrums and am hoping for a much better 2012. Part of me is even wishing that a Dr will just tell me I'm wasting my time so that I can get on with making some firm decisions instead of feelin...

Hi all, So sorry to hear of AF's making their appearance, I didn't even make it to breakfast on Xmas morning. Within an hour of getting up Af was in full flow so to speak. I then had to go to Hubby's family for the day (not too bad).I can't even take clomid this month because they were isistent that I have another scan on my next round and obviously I can't make an appointment, everything is closed!! Yesterday was worse with my nieces and nephew. I love them to bits but I definitely reach a satu...

I know what you mean RM, I drive myself nuts in the last few days of the TWW. Did I have cramps like this last month? Are they different? Did my boobs hurt like this before? I've always felt a bit of an idiot in the past because a couple of times I've thought I've been later than usual (after a couple of months worked out that that was new cycle length) tested and then 2 hrs later started AF. I just don't trust my instincts anymore at all, but I'm pretty convinced AF is on her way. I'm expecting...

Hi All, I'm working over Xmas and New Year as well I'm not going to test this time, too many BFN's before, I'm going to just see what happens. I feel absolutely fine but for me the last few days of the TWW are the slowest. Never feel that I'm going to get there, and not sure if I want the result!!! Merry Xmas to all, hoping Xmas wishes come true. BTW, can we post results on here or do we need to post elsewhere like on the IVF threads????

Hi Evans, I don't think it really matters that much. I think progesterone peaks around 5-9 days after ovulation. Assuming a CD 14 ovulation that's CD 19-23. I think they pick day 21 because it's in the middle. It sounds like Friday would be CD 19 and Monday CD 22. I would go for Monday as progesterone should stay up until a few days before next AF unless pregnant. Somebody please correct me if i'm wrong XXXXX

Lulu, So sorry you had a BFN, I know what you mean when you say that even though deep down you know you still keep trying to think of plausible explanations for getting a negative result. I do it every month even if I'm not on treatment, and even though I KNOW I'm not pregnant the arrival of AF still hits me like a ton of bricks. Hope is a double edged sword, on one hand it keeps us going but on the other it builds us up so we have further to fall if things don't work out. Wouldn't be caught not...

Hi Guys, Well i think I definitrly ovulated day 14 because all my symptoms of cramps etc... have vanished. I feel tired ( as I usually do around this time) but otherwise great! I've worked out that if I have a 30 day cycle as is normal for me lately then first possible test day will be Xmas day Suffice to say I WILL NOT be testing, I know it would make a fantastic Xmas present if it's a BFP but although deep down I'm desperately hoping, I can't quite bring my self to truly believe and I don't wa...

Hi Guys, Sorry I've been away so long, combination of lack of time and just being absolutely shattered. So sad to hear that there hasn't been a BFP yet, keeping fingers crossed for this month Quick update, got AF I think on CD30, (can't remember exactly) and managed to book a scan for CD12 (today) so was able to take clomid 100mg CD 2-5. Have to say have been an emotional mess, laughing one minute then crying then back to laughing, much more than normal PMT. Have been driving hubby mad!!!! It's ...

I'm sure your bloods will be OK RM, still keeping everything crossed I'm on CD25 now so either 3 or 5 days depending whether I end up with 28 or 30 day cycle this month, finally the end is in sight!!! Hope everything is going OK for everyone.

Hi All, RM, Sooooo glad you ovulated, I thought you hadn't been around for a couple of days and was so upset for you when I read your post, thankfully my next breath was one of relief when I read the following post!!! I am so glad the clomid is working for you.
