It's been a while since I was on this forum but I wanted to let you know that we have lots of new and different countries on the website now. Featured IVF Clinics - More choice with up to date info

Hello, Since the last update, Fertility Clinics Abroad has got bigger and we now feature IVF clinics from Russia as well as Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Spain, Greeceand Cyprus. We've also developed an IVF Travel section to help people who are arranging travel etc to clinics abroad. We know it can be stressful so there's some info on transport and visas etc but a travel specialist should always be consulted if in doubt.We'll be adding to this in the future.

Updated website for IVF abroad

Hello, I have been busy updating our website and we have a now made it easier to navigate. There are featured clinics from the Czech Republic, Greece, Spain, Bulgaria and Cyprus. We also have guest blogs from Susan Seenan the CEO of INUK and also Kate Brian and many more. Initial fertility clinic appointment......gutted

Hi Lauren, Sorry to hear your story. But just to say that if there is no sperm in the sample, then further investigations could be done and perhaps they can extract some sperm from the testes (TESE - Testicular sperm extraction). This sperm can then be used with ICSI. This is a fairly common procedure. I'm not sure if the NHS does this or not but at least you can read up about it and ask your consultant when you see him.
