Pregnant and Nearer 40? Anyone?

Oh dear im well old then I am 42 and expecting with a possibilty of triplets, waiting for my first scan next thursday to find out and getting ready for the shock too. I dont feel that old at all (could be to do with the fact my DH is 15 years younger) it keeps me young, I dont feel a day older than 30 to be honest, no creaking bones or bad wrinkles so I think im doing ok. on the serious side I am slighty worried about the pregnancy and birth and have all the worries about the little babies but ...

10 year old daughter help. :-(

Hiya, just need to get some things off my chest and wondering if anyone has the same problems as me with their 10 year old daughter. Well dunno whether Im just being a bit over sensitive being pregnant again, but she seems so selfish and ungrateful , everyone elses mums give their kids more and are better than me, thats the way things are coming across, the peoples kids up the road have 5 children, their house leaves a lot to be desired and the kids arn't very clean but they get £500 each for c...

Advice on sterilization reversal

Hiya I opted for Ivf straight away and am now pregnant . I got sterilised about 6 mths before meeting my new partner of 9 years, and waited until we were certain of staying together. whatever you decide. you need to look at sucess rates for the reversal and then decide how long you will wait for it to work before taking another route and paying again. We only wanted one more child (could be 3 as we had 3 embies put back because of my age) DH didnt want me to go through the op and stuff and my a...

Night Terror?

I am quite experienced in these my middle daughter had them from the age of 3 1/2 to about 5, every night she would wake up screaming in the dead of night , first few times its scared the wits out of us, but you get used to it and a trip to the docs to make sure its not anything to worry about. So everynight she would do this almost without fail, her eyes would be open and she would look terrified,be screaming and crying, now and again she was just sat bolt up right in bed eyes wide talking away...

Well I have just finished my cycle and am now on the 2ww. and all I can say is I cannot fault them one bit, I was very happy with my treatment, every nurse, sonographer, embryologist (who were lovely) and office staff too, they made my journey happy, calm and I felt well cared for. Yes Dr Acharya is not the biggest conversationist and seems a little abrupt, but he is a doctor and does this many times everyday I suppose. he was to the point and reasonably pleasant. And if I dont get my then will...

I'm a bit worried we have bed bugs... help!

my thoughts would be more to cat fleas if you have cats or have had pets in the house, even if they are treated, all the furnishings need to be too, classic cat flea bites from cats are in clusters. i dont think bed bugs actually bite. but not sure . look up on the net.

ALCOHOL AND SMOKING QUESTIONS

Yes I certainly can that wasnt the question I just asked if it would be ok to have a glass, its not a question of needing it ,I just wondered if I could have one glass of wine (not sure red wine ,a glass,is such a bad toxin) I dont smoke either never have. But after all the ladies comments I had decided not too.
