hi all, just curious, can someone please tell me if your expected to have a period during your fet cycle? if i mind right i had a period during my last fet treatment however that cycle resulted in being cancelled due to cysts.... is it better if you have a period during ur fet cycle ? my dh seems to think it will be but my clinic has never mentioned that i should or shouldnt have one so im confused...

hi, thanks for ur advice guys,, its medicated cycle,,, what is entailed in a natural cycle???? Congrats on ur little boy FC79 I pray that we have the same outcome as urself, would be the best thing ever in the world I am also going to start doing reflexology also hopefully that will help out as well. You read that much stuff you just dont know what to do for the best.

Getting Ready for Fet,,, Advice Urgently Needed

Hi guys, i am starting the process of my first FET tomorrow, i have been taking 400mg of folic acid, i am drinking more water and cutting out the fizzy juice and drinking more fresh orange and apple juice, however im wondering if i should be taking any other supplements at all, i feel my clinic is not really giving me any advice at all on what i should and shouyld not be taking so im hoping that you guys can give me some good advice on the dos and donts.....any advice greatly appreciated

what does tx stand for ? i read some articles with some people saying your not meant to have reflexology during ivf whilst others say you do ? confuses me a bit lol.

hi all, just lookin for a bit of advice as i felt the hospital didnt really explain anythin to me. Was undergoing my very first fet we have 5 snowbabies,, all scans seemed to be fine up until the 2nd last one where fluid was discovered, i was told to continue with drugs and to get another scan several days later, to our dismay the fluid was still there along with a cyst... the fluid caused our cycle to be cancelled and it gutted us both badly, my dh cried all the way home so heartbreaking to see...

Anyone experience stomach pains??

Hi all, this is my first ever Fet, and ive noticed this time round that im getting severe stomach pains im unsure if its the medication progoynava i think it is along with the burselin spray ( ive had spray before) they usually are in middle of night and first thing in the morning, ive also been feeling very sick in the middle of the night as well, im not feelin this through the day. Is this just a side affect from medication ? Im due my second scan on 10th and my et either on 19th or 20th dec. ...

FET, HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR THE THAW PROCESS

Hi guys, i am due to start my 3rd attempt of ebcoming a mummy, this time it will be my 1st FET. We have 5 snowbabies but im unsure of the procedure etc. I am petrified this time round for some reason, the last two i was kinda excited and raring to go however this time im scared as anything incase i cant handle another fail. I start my nasal spray on the 10th and i have my 1st scan on 26th, but my question is , how long does it take for the snowbabies to thaw and do they thaw them all at once? Do...

hi guys, this will be my very first FET due in november, i have five frozen embies,, can someone please tell me what exactly is the procedure this time round? The clinic has sent me out the nasal spray and i beleive i will have a prescription of tablets to take ? This will be my third attempt so as you will all know my nerves are pure shattered, im a bag of nerves. Any advice information is all very much appreciated...........

tuboplasty

hi, i have an app to meet up with the consultant who performed my laparoscopy and who clipped my badly damaged tubes to see about the procedure however in the letter they stated that they are too badly damaged to be repaired Why they have sent me an app to discuss this i dont know as they made it clear in letter there is no chance of repair. As for my failed ivf cycles i have had no reasons as to why they are failing, i done the long protocol first time round, not a great response but had two go...

Im hoping that someone will reply to my query as i find on this website that not a lot of people respond to queries so heres hoping. I have had to have my fallopian tubes clamped both of them due to being damaged, the nurse said ivf is my best possible solution however after two failed cycles ( even though everything was textbook perfect) and still not able to concieve im looking at every possible way of trying to give us the best chance so i have browsed the internet and i have came across lots...

Still bloated very badly after failed ivf

hi guys, im looking for some general advice, i failed my second round of ivf back in May yet my stomach is still very badly bloated. I have had a cycle since but i look as if i am pregnant. There was/is apparently fluid in my tubes ( tubes are clamped) so i do not know if this has anything to do with it or not. I have put on so much weight and i dont seem to be losing it i used to be a size 8 i am now a 12. Has anyone got the same issue or any advice that they can give me please. Thanks

Damaged tubes

im looking for some general advice,,, both of my tubes are damaged and they have been clamped, ive had two failed ivf cycles and during browsing online i have came across information that states if you had TB (TUBERCOLISIS) then this can damage your fallopian tubes,,, i had TB when i was a baby has anyone else heard of this or had TB ?
